Who we are. GMS DMC is headquartered in Chicago, with offices in major US and Canadian cities. We are a full-service destination management company (DMC) specializing in the delivery of top-notch destination knowledge and expertise. Our philosophy is simple: make every event or meeting seamless for the client and memorable for participants.

In business for over 15 years, GMS DMC is part of a family of companies all specializing in various aspects of the hospitality industry. A part of the Maxxus Group of companies and a division of GMS Global Management Services, Inc., GMS DMC provides destination and logistical expertise in support of corporate events and/or meetings, incentive programs, and group and business travel. Along with our sister company, GMS Events, our event planning partner, we cover the entire spectrum of event needs for our clients. We are your one-stop shop for all of your destination and event needs.

How we work. We are a continent-wide destination management company. At GMS DMC, we first start our work with understanding your goals. We give every client the attention they need regardless of the destination or the size or nature of their event. We embrace your input. We assign a dedicated destination expert to every client. The destination expert acts as the sole point of contact with the client. We offer our services on a menu basis. Thus, our open-line budget policy allows our clients to pick and choose the services they need and pay for what they use.
